On Friday morning (18 November 2016), at around Cecil Street, a tipper truck crashed into a 62 year old uncle riding an e-bike. The ebiker’s body was covered by a green sheet and the ebike wreckage was in pieces.
The ebiker was pronounced dead at the scene and the tipper truck driver was arrested for causing death by negligence. Police investigations into the gruesome accident is still ongoing.
