A 25 year-old yelled vulgarities at an elderly taxi driver and residents at Woodlands Avenue 4 after he was detained for trying to cheat on his cab fare.
His antics were captured on Facebook videos uploaded by Connextaxi Facebook page. He only paid his fare when police officers arrived but continued to challenge police officers and those around him.

Happened at 868 woodlands Ave 4..
Drunk refuse to pay upon reach, end up after police arrived then pay.. zzz

Police arrested the man at Woodlands Street 83 today.
