I caught the neighbor smoking along the corridor. Every day will smoke and walk along the corridor. NEA refused to take action and want me to talk to my neighbor directly.

They didn’t read the recent article about a person getting bashed for asking the smoker to refrain from smoking. Sometimes … i wonder why these ppl are not aware of ground situation. My main concern is getting lung cancer because i am inhaling this thing every night. Not good for health
