SPF NO LONGER ACCEPTS WALK-IN APPEALS FOR SUMMONS & OFFENSES

Traffic e-Appeals Portal

From 1 November 2016, members of the public who wish to make an appeal against their traffic summonses or traffic offences can only do so online via the Singapore Police Force’s (SPF) e-services. With the launch of the Traffic e-Appeals Portal on the SPF’s e-services, Traffic Police will no longer accept walk-in appeals. Traffic Police will also not accept appeals sent via fax, email or post.

We would also like to reiterate that all appeals will only be considered on grounds of medical emergencies. Documentary proof will be required before the appeal will be considered. To protect the safety of all road users, Traffic Police takes a firm stance against traffic offenders and all appeals which do not meet the above criterion will be rejected. Payment for outstanding traffic offences can be made at www.police.gov.sg/pay.

For more information on other SPF’s e-services, please refer to http://www.police.gov.sg/e-services.
