Starhub, I’m paying you subscription so that I’m able to watch OnDemand movies. This page has been loading for the past 5 mins or more. This is the 5th time your setup box has failed me! Do something about this immediately & refund me my subscription for my HBO OnDemand!
Btw, I pm-ed you a few hours ago. Apparently, your “typically replies within a few hours” SLA only works when your subscribers take to public posting to berate your lousy service and connection!
