This is the most horrible CAR RENTAL SERVICE EVER!! I made my booking on 11 Aug 2016 for my Road trip to Malaysia on 27th and 28th September and was promised good service and a good car expected to collect at 9.30am on the 27th September. The boss even asked me to deposit $100 1st in August. And the deposit has to be done asap.
But at 9.45am on 27th Sept, one of the staff (an indian national, who had difficulties communicating in English)told me that the car was not functioning as it should and is to expect delay of up to half a day. So inconvenient. I demanded a change of vehicle and they said it is not possible. I was travelling with 6 other people and didnt have a choice but to only accept a 7 seater. Instead the indian national told me to take a 5 seater for the price of the 7 seater!! And I was suppose to be in JB before 9.45am!! 6 others were waiting across the island to enter JB before that timing, mind you!! After argueing with the staff, i was told to inform the boss. The boss was even ruder and was “going for a meeting” and not to be disturbed. I was so angry, being delayed and now i dont have a vehicle. At this point both numbers were already ‘engaged’. I called the third number and demand a refund. And the best part, they told me to collect the refund at Yew Tee MRT as i was an inconvenience to them, and they werent even at the MRT when i reached there. THey told me to come over to blk 460 somewhere before that and its already 12pm?!!?!?!? I was super late for my appointment in malaysia and theyre making fun of me! Fake advertising!!! They bragged to have so many cars anf i booked their car for more than one month prior to this and this is what i got!!! The refund process took another hour due to “Paperwork”.
PLEASE AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL SERVICE AT ALL TIMES!!!!
