MAN LEASED MY WHITE VIOS BUT NOW REFUSES TO RETURN, IS THIS CONSIDERED THEFT?

Hi Guys,

Help me to look out for this Toyota Vios if you happen to chance upon it on the road. It has some distinctive features on both sides of the car (black checkered designs).

It was leased to a hirer by the name of Nik Saifudin Bin Sapari and he refused to return back the car. A picture of his driving license has been uploaded for identification purpose. Anyone who happens to come across this guy, call me at 87one6 8four69.
