Most agencies I feel,only hire local talent even though the job is open to all. They will be no response and keep candidates looming in the dark for months. They say only shortlisted candidates will receive a response, but then how long is the waiting period. One needs to know when to move on…Totally not worth the effort. Either way you lose.
