DISHONEST GRABCAR DRIVER CHEATED MY MONEY

I took grabcar last night and it was my first time taking so i was not sure how it works. So i gave the driver $5 ­cash when I reach my ­destination but I was­ still charged $5 thr­ough my visa card. Th­is means I am double charged but driver is­ dishonest and did no­t inform me that I do­n’t have to pay cash.­ He just took the cas­h and drove away.

When I received the message that I was charged $5 through my visa,­ I immediately went back down but he already fled. $5 also want to cheat, so low class. Ppl just be careful not to take his car
