**APPEAL FOR INFORMATION – OUTRAGE OF MODESTY**
Police are looking for the man shown in the photograph to assist with investigations into a case of Outrage of Modesty which occurred at the pavilion beside badminton court of Blk 680 Hougang Avenue 8, on 13 August 2016.
The subject is a mandarin speaking male Chinese, believed to be in his 40s, slightly plump build and about 1.5 metres tall. The man was last seen wearing the attire shown in the photograph.
