A man’s CCTV captured footage of what appears to be 2 loanshark runners locking up a unit at at Block 704 Yishun Avenue 5 around 2am today (6 Sep).
The man said that one of the runners was holding a bicycle lock. It was then used to chain the gate of the HDB unit.
Markers were also used to vandalise the exterior of the unit.
There was another person with the runners but the CCTV did not manage to capture him.
A police report has been made.
