CYCLIST HIT BY POLICE CAR FROM BEHIND, BREAKS FEMUR

Dear A.S.S,

my brother got knocked down by a police car while cycling on Thursday at 1:20am along upper paya lebar road

my brother did not know how it happened as he was hit from behind, he is left with a broken femur thigh bone and multiple abrasions

so far, no updates or any news

I asked for the police officer’s NRIC but he only write down his name on a piece of paper and refused to give NRIC when I asked him repeatedly
