According to Shin Min Daily news, two men were arrested on the pavement outside Northpoint for playing with stun guns.
5 patrol cars were sent to the scene. One of them appeared to be highly agitated when he was questioned by the police.
The men, aged 22 and 23 years old have been arrested over the possession of stun guns. Investigations are still ongoing.
