E-SCOOTER RIDER HITS CYCLIST WHILE PLAYING POKEMON – CYCLIST FLUNG OFF BIKE

A friend was hit from a hit and run E-scooter rider and been threw off bike and flew a distance of 10-15m away from his bike.

The E-scooter rider was speeding along the PCN towards the PA Boat Association playing Pokemon game.

Hope the respective bodies can impose a heavier penalty on motorized vehicle on PCN to prevent such accidents from happening again.
