A resident with a young 2-year daughter has to park in a normal car lot in a condominium in Thomson Road, due to the persistent parking by the condominium chairman.
The chairman is a single male , drives a 2 seater sports sedan, has knowingly parked his car at a lot which indicates clearly family & kids.
Repeated clarification to the management office has yielded denial from the condominium manager , stating that “there are no rules or regulations specified within the adopted house rules”.
Many residents are incensed with this biased treatment and convenient manipulation of condominium rules.
The resident , who declined to be named, says” we bought this place because of the convenience of a family lot, which has a wider berth for obvious reasons. To see a 2-seater sports sedan parked there makes no sense.”
