Yesterday (11 Aug 2016) afternoon, passers by near Tiong Bahru Plaza was shocked to see a man dressed in a hospital gown walking around with his butt exposed.

Eventually, he took off the gown and held it in his hand as he continued to walk around the neighbourhood.

The reason for his behaviour remains unknown.
