DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! POPIAH HAWKER CHARGES 50 CENTS FOR EXTRA CHILLI

Dear Editors,

Popiah 1 piece sell $1.50 but if you want more chilli you need to pay extra $0.50. Is this the right way to run a business. This is the only hawker in Singapore who have this ideal.

You can have a try on his popiah and ask for no chilli will he give you discount for no chilli ? JALAN BESAR HAWKER.
