On Tuesday night (2 Aug), a couple approached a unit in a HDB block and asked the occupants to do a “CPF survey”.
This took place at block 469 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 at about 11.30 pm.
After a few questions, the couple actually asked the occupants for $7!
The occupants gave the couple $7 and in exchange, they received some McDonald’s gift certificates.
It was only when the occupants tried to redeem the vouchers that they realised the vouchers had been used.
