GUY WRONGLY ACCUSED OF STARING AT GIRL’S LOWER BODY, MAKES POLICE REPORT

My friend was being accused. Don’t understand…

Dear Velvelyn, if you think my friend is a pervert why didn’t you confront him on the spot and report him to the police or even to the SMRT staff. If my friend is really a pervert why did you let him off and let him be out of leash?
Anyway my friend isn’t a pervert, he didn’t took any of such picture(s) the couple/girl accused. He explained the whole situation in his post.
