An unemployed Australian man Shee Wee Hong was jailed for 4 months after he was found guilty of filming his flatemate while she was showering on at least 6 occasions.
The victim was a 30 year old PRC national who shared a condominium with Shee. He would wait for her to enter the common bathroom before putting his iPhone through the window opening to film her shower naked.
He would then upload the videos to his computer and view them at his pleasure. On 22 December 2015, Shee was caught in the act by his female flatmate and the police were called in. He was arrested and investigation showed that he committed at least 6 offences from between April to December 2015.
