TWO DOGS CAGED 24/7 IN PASIR PANJANG, AVA CHECKS & SAY DOGS ARE OKAY

Guys, I need help. There are two dogs that are kept in cages 24/7 at Pasir Panjang. Three months ago a friend contacted SPCA, they went there, the owner refused to talk to them.

Then she contact AVA and they went there and said the dogs are ok! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT! These dogs are kept in cages all the time, there is no way this is ok!!!!!!

I went there today and took these pictures. I cannot live with that, simply cannot! I tried to talk to the owners but the maid said they weren’t home. We need to save these two, and I need your help!!!
