According to CCTV footage from Baker & Cook, a man bearing a close resemblance to the infamous StanChart robber, David James Roach entered the cafe and ate there, minutes after walking away with $30 000 from the bank.

At the cafe, the man had ignored the queue and went straight to the counter but a staff told him to join the queue. The man was carrying a carried a huge and bulding envelop.

He then looked at the available pastries that were on display before he cut the queue to place an order.

He ordered a strawberry lamington cake and bottle of San Pellegrino water. He sat, finished the cake in 2 minutes and left quickly.

The directors of Baker & Cook would be submitting the footage to the police to assist with the investigations.
