Now that Mr Khaw is trying blame the whistle blower FactWire.
On the first day after the news was released by FactWire, SMRT revealed that it will take 7 years to repair the trains, the following day LTA said it will bring forward the repair works to just 2 years.
So now we can conclude that they can actually reduce 5 years of repair time in just ONE day.
Therefore it can be deduced that:
1. A simple phone will be able to ask the supplier to reduce repair works period by 5 years.
2. LTA didn’t know that the repair period can be reduced, when they are under pressure (by the whistleblowing) that they suddenly think of a way to reduce the period.
3. LTA was sleeping on the job and originally thinks that 7 years of repair period is perfectly fine. So what made LTA changed their thinking suddenly?
