YOUTHS CREATE VIRAL VIDEO TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR ELDERLY POOR IN SG

A team of concerned Singaporean young adults – Kevin Ng , Jeraldine Phneah and Mah Poh Ee – created a video to raise awareness for the plight of the elderly poor. The video has garnered over 8700 views since it was uploaded to Facebook on Sunday night.

In the video, they interviewed the beneficiaries of Happy People Helping People Foundation which was founded by Mr Mohammed Nafiz Kamarudin. The organisation organises Happy Sunday on every first Sunday of the month to distribute food to the needy. They also assist and pays forward more than 3000 meals every month for 95 elderly box collectors.
