Today, at about 3.40 pm, the SCDF rescued a man who was hanging on the clothes rack outside of the HDB flat.
The incident happened at Blk 410 Tampines St 41.
It is likely that his pants had made contact with the pole and it prevented him from falling from a height.
It is not known what had caused the man to be in that precarious predicament.
After the SCDF successfully rescued him, he was conveyed to Changi General Hospital.
