SCAMMERS COME UP WITH NEW TACTIC, PRETEND TO BE BANK STAFF

Having had their methods exposed so frequently by Singaporeans has left scammers with little choice but to evolve.

They are now posing as bank officers and sending emails asking for victims to call them back.

Once they receive calls from their victims, they request for personal details from their victims and even send them a photoshopped copy of a bank ID as proof that they are with the bank.

Please do not give your details to these scammers. If in doubt, contact official bank staff at their respective hotlines on their websites.
