Recently, there is a spam call going around, When you answer, there will be a voice machine, introducing itself as DHL and there is a urgent package. Then, it will ask you to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. No matter what you pressed, it will transfer your call to a China speaking call operator to ask you more information like your full name, credit card details etc.
At first, I thought there is really a DHL package for me. Then, when I started to become suspicious when the China speaking call operator started to ask questions like even credit card numbers.
There is one of the numbers I received this morning to my house number, +6593939871. Last week, I received the same spam call from a different number to my mobile number. I have asked around and my parents have received such calls too, claiming it’s from DHL.
