HDB KICKS MAN & PREGNANT WIFE OUT OF RENTAL FLAT, NO RECOURSE GIVEN

Dear All Singapore Stuff,

Please see the attached eviction letter from HDB. I rented a unit from HDB, and have been paying my rental promptly, but I was kicked out by the heartless HDB due to some ridiculous unfair one-sided vague clause.

I was not given any opportunity to clarify,to defend and to mediate on my case. My whole family have been kicked out, and now my toddler and my heavily pregnant wife have no place to stay.

Furthermore, our BTO flat is not ready yet. As stated in the letter, I am required to pay double rent if I do not move out.
