DOG OWNER WARNED TO CLEAN UP OR HIS DOG WILL BE KILLED

A reader came across this sign put up by an angry Chong Pang resident yesterday.

He noticed the signs were put up near Block 106 in the afternoon.

Our reader says the signs are meant for a certain dog owner, who failed to pick up after his dog in the area.
