I heard from my friend working in the engineering sector that the root cause of lift breakdown is usually cos the technician quick fix stuff instead of properly upgrading software and properly fixing the bugs.
Many of these technicians are Malaysian or Pinoy fts and they dun care, as long lift work can liao… So many never adjust the magnet or photo electric sensors properly either… plus most of the technician only know the old lift system, they dunno the new schindler firmware software…
Town council only care about using the cheapest (usually PRC firms from gebiz) and profiting.
Anyway is my friend say one, dun say i leak hor!
