Went to this company reebonz to purchase this designer watch which I saw on their website. I emailed them to arrange for an appointment and even show them which model and photo.
Went down for viewing and didn’t realize the sa actually give me a similar design which is not the same one I requested for. The design I requested for has diamond bezel and diamond dial but she gave me the one with diamond dial and she charge me for the price with diamond dial and bezel. I didn’t realize till I went to authentic the watch and found out the dial was not original .
I was told and guarantee by the sa that it’s all authentic.
Being so disappointed , i called them right away and asked for a refund. Next day I returned the watch and they told me it will take 1-2 weeks to get back my refund.
2 weeks passed , no updates or replies from them so I seek help from CASE.
And I was told they will process n expedite the refund and it will take another 1-2 weeks.. 2 months plus have passed, I didn’t receive any refunds and reebonz called me saying they have mailed out the Cheque a week ago and they have no idea why may bank never receive. So I was told yesterday that they have courier the Cheque to the may bank again and it will take another 1-2 weeks to clear.
I’ve told them I’ve given enough waiting time for them
To do refund and this is not the right etiquette to do business !
Firstly u gave the wrong design to the customer and u dare to charge the wrong price.
Secondly u said refund yet no refunds received !
Thirdly, after few months u still dare to ask customer to wait for refunds?
Seriously?
