Caught this hard working car park enforcement officer parked his bike on doblue yellow line next to a Fire Hydrant while busy issuing summons… But never realized he himself has also committed an offence!!

Hello LTA, SCDF, Traffic Police I know this car park enforcement officer is doing his job.. And he has the right to park on double yellow line while on duty.. BUT… BUT… I thought it is also an offence to park his bike within 3 meters of a Fire Hydrant???
