So apparently my aunt received the text below stating that if $30,000 is not credited to the account stated, they will kidnap her son.
Upon receiving such message, her first instinct was to report it to the police and instead of receiving help from them, they say that the only way for them to do further investigation is to wait for their upper management’s approval.
Honestly, who will ignore such stuff when their kid is at stake?Is this the best assurance you can give? Telling us that it’s up to the higher management the best you can tell us? Shouldn’t your job be protecting the civilians? How can you give her such answer? So if let’s say your higher management is deciding saying that “Oh, this isn’t a big thing, let’s not make a big hooha on it. Just let this pass because it’s already so common.” So if let’s say my cousin is to be really kidnap then you are gonna make a move? Isn’t it too late by then? I hope you guys can help me share this post to raise more awareness to everybody else out there. If this can happen to my family which i never ever thought it will, it might happen to anyone of you and never will anyone else want that to happen.
