RUSTY WATER FLOWING OUT OF PUNGGOL HDB TAP, PUB STAFF CLUELESS WHY IT HAPPEN

Dear Editors,

05/06/2016 Rust coloured water flowing out of my tap in Punggol HDB. what is PUB doing, didn't receive any notice, call town council, they arrange plumber to come and it took almost 5 hours to get a plumber to come and fix this problem.

Ask them what happen they say dunno, if someone accidently drink this how?

LKY say we can drink water from tap safely in singapore but looks like not true after he pass away.
