I came across this posting by W L (his initials). It is ridiculous to believe that there are these type of Singaporeans!
He argued that the deaf cleaner should not be in a special privilege class just because he is deaf. He says it is appropriate for the grassroot leader to berate and scream at the cleaner.
W L also said it is wrong of netizens to attack the grassroot leader.
He warned that if he meets a deaf cleaner who clears his food without checking, he would also scold the cleaner “upside down”
And if the cleaner cannot hear him, then the onus and punishment will fall on the supervisor!
