APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

Police are looking for the man shown in the picture below to assist with investigations into a case of Outrage of Modesty which was reported at Block 633 Yishun Street 61 on 31 May 2016.

The male subject is believed to be in his 20s, tanned complexion, stout built, wearing blue top and light coloured bermudas, with tattoo on his left arm.
