DISHONEST SELLER GIVES BUYER CLOTHES THAT WERE MEANT FOR 4 Y.O. KID

Our reader has sent us a complaint letter against Aura Alyssa Collections, an online merchant selling traditional clothing on Facebook.

According to our reader, Dian, she bought some Hari Raya clothing for her 8 year-old daughter, specifying the exact sizes she needed for her daughter. However, she was shocked when she received clothing that could only fit a 4 – 5 year-old child!

When Dian tried to ask for a refund from Aura Alyssa, the business owner blocked her and has become uncontactable to Dian.

“Im so frustrated with this online cheapskate seller! Bought hari raya clothes for my kids my girl is 8 years old! I was given a size for a 4 or 5 year old! When i gave u the exact sizes!

This is what i got!!! A picture speaks a thousand words!! Im speechless! When ask for refund you block me! I shall seek justice by making you famous.

Dont be cheapskate. Wanna make money not this way. Do it honestly! You know the item isnt the same as the pic! DONT SELL!. Fasting month is tommorrow! Please stop selling these items!
