PASSION GADGETS HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM

Dear Editors,

Since last Monday when I sent my scooter to Passion Gadgets for repair, a girl in the shop said that they will inform me about the diagnosis and repair. So I went off as usual. However, after a few days, no updates. Tried contacting, no reply. Keep pushing. Is this the kind of service standard Passion Gadgets is giving? At least give me an update!

Can’t repair, don’t know how to repair, or don’t want to repair? I think this is a sign of another SCAM. Buy the scooter from them, sent for repair, and now… Is Passion Gadgets in trouble? Going to open a retail shop to scam more?!
