NOBODY WANTED TO PICK UP DISABLED PASSENGER, SO KIND TAXI UNCLE DID IT FOR FREE

A kind taxi uncle came across this disabled passenger after he had finished his lunch. He helped the man board his taxi and was on his way to the destination when the passenger told him that he had been waiting for more than 1 hour for willing taxi drivers to pick him up, but to no avail.

Saddened by the man’s story, he decided to give the man a free ride as a kind gesture to brighten his day.

“Finished my lunch @coffee shop St George . This uncle wave at me and tolong me to send him to Toa Payoh Lorong 1 . Help him to the front seat and loaded up his wheel chair. In the cab, he told me that he waited for more than 1hrs and no taxi is willing to take him..He took out $10 and ask me to hold it..I told him to keep first and pay me later..When reaching destination, I help him to unload his wheel chair and carry him to the wheelchair. He took out the $10 again and wanted to pay me…I told him never mind please keep the money ..I took a pic of him , he held my hand tightly and mumbled May God Bless U..Just wondering why no taxi wanted to stop for him…..
