I was introduced by a friend to shop at The Bespoke Club at Suntec City. On the website, it stated that their operation hours are from 10.30 – 8.30pm.
On 1st and 2nd May 2016, I reached at 8pm but the shop was closed. I even asked the Suntec Information Counter on the shop opening hours and they were not aware of any changes or special arrangement.
I wrote to the company’s FB Pages and received a reply that there was a “misunderstanding”. However, when I asked what “misunderstanding”, they deleted away my comments. I screenshot and pasted the comments, the company blocked me from commenting. Is this right that a company blocked people when they merely brush off customer’s comments by saying it’s a misunderstandinv without further explanation?
Don’t shop at The Bespoke Club. Lousy service.
