INCENSE BURNER SETS TREES ON FIRE, RESIDENT COMPLAINS ABOUT USERS LACK OF COMMON SENSE

How many more trees need to be sacrificed unnecessarily year after year before the people in charge of these burner containers AND the people who utilise them, have the COMMON SENSE to move them AWAY from our beautiful trees and bushes which catch fire and burn?

Most of them never have the chance to recover, before the next “burning” season starts again?

In response, Ang Mo Kio Town Council said:

” Dear Lynda Lye, Thank you for your patience. Our Property Officer has relocated and replaced the old incense burner with our new stainless steel low-emission burner, which reduces smoke and speeds up the burning process. Should you have any queries, you may contact us at [email protected].

We will work with the Property Team to relocate and replace the incense burners where necessary. Your patience and understanding is appreciated while we make the necessary adjustments.”
