SDP APPLIES TO JURONG TOWN COUNCIL TO HOLD HEALTH SCREENING IN BUKIT BATOK

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) would like to organise a health screening day for residents of Bukit Batok.

We would therefore like to apply for a permit to use the basketball pavilion beside Block 210, Bukit Batok East Avenue 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, 30 April, 2016. With qualified doctors and nurses, we will conduct screening for blood pressure and blood glucose levels on that day.

We would appreciate it very much if you could reply to our application as soon as possible. Thank you.
