DEFIANT MAN GESTURES “SO WHAT” WHEN TOLD NOT TO PARK AT HANDICAP PARKING

Was at Seletar Mall in the mid afternoon. Notice a car reversing into a handicap lot. Noticing that the car does not carry a handicap decal, pointed it to the driver in the car and he gave me a 2 hand gesture telling me ‘so what’. When he game out of his car, I told him that this is a handicap lot and the same he walk away briskly and gave me a ‘so what’ gesture.

If you know the driver of this car, it is your good opinion to tell him what he did was wrong and should not be proud of it. Most probably he will give you a ‘so what’ expression too. He looks like an educated man but he is shameful to society. And maybe he was trying the handicap lot for size.
