I visited Starhub Shop at Plaza Singapura on the 14th of March 2016 to perform a transfer of ownership. I specifically informed your staff Leonardo that I want it to be nominated under my father’s name. Which he said ok. But when my bill arrived I was not nominated under my father name for the discount.

Moreover what’s worse is that I was overcharged for not only my number but also my father’s number which was under my name. I had contacted Starhub on the 18th of April 2016 at approximately 2.30pm and due to the high call volume, I had to leave my phone number for them to contact me, it has been more than 24 hours and I had not received a single call.

On top of overcharging me for my bills, I am not getting what I paid for, my plan happens to be the older plan whereby I have to pay additional for 4G. But I am not getting 4G most of the time. The call center staff instead of helping push the blame to my phone being not supported on Starhub network, do note my phone Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is in compliance with IDA’s guideline.

Starhub customer service has been getting from bad to worse. I demand my bill for April to be waived, and the contract with Starhub to be voidable as well since they are unable to provide me the service I paid for, I should not be held by the contract anymore and have the free will to switch over to Singtel or M1 without having to pay any penalty.
