CAT FEEDERS IN LAVENDER: LOOK OUT FOR CAT ABUSER

Cat feeders in Lavender, please keep an eye out.

This happened at Blk 816 Jellicoe Road. It started last month.

An aunty who stays at blk 811 confirmed that lost her cat on 24 Mar 2016 coz “one man threw” her cat.

Apparently, one man will throw cats into a river. The aunty made a police report but police told her to call SPCA.

The man is usually in the vicinity from 11-11.30pm
