Witnesses for Cement Spillage along PIE
 
The Police are appealing for witnesses for a case of cement spillage which occurred on 1 March 2016 around 8am along Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport, before East Coast Parkway (ECP) exit. The spillage is believed to have contributed to an accident between a taxi and a motorcycle at the location, causing a massive road congestion that lasted about three hours.
