TOASTBOX AT TTSH SERVED TEA MADE WITH SUSPECTED SPOILT CONDENSED MILK

Dear editors,

My colleagues and I visited Toast Box at TTSH during lunch time and ordered Teh-C Kosong. The staff told us that they do not have evaporated milk and requested us to consider a change of order. We then changed the order to Teh Siew Dai.

This is the first time I see Teh Siew Dai like this. It seems the milk is spoilt. When questioned, the staff said this is normal for Teh Siew Dai… Seriously?!
