PRC MAN LIVING IN ADJACENT HDB SPOTTED DRYING CLOTHES ON SHOPHOUSE ROOFTOP

Dear ASS Editors,

I spotted this PRC man hanging clothes illegally on top of a HDB shophouse rooftops in Bedok North. This is the second floor and a rooftop, below this rooftop are shops, they are living on the second floor of the next HDB block. They climb their kitchen window to hang clothes on the rooftop of the next block.

Is this allowed by the HDB? Isn’t it dangerous? What if strong winds blow the racks down and hits someone? Who will be responsible for damage or injuries? I hope HDB will do the right thing.
