PAP STYLE OF LEADERSHIP: BRAVE OR COWARD LEADERSHIP?

Good Leadership Philosophy follows the following Principles:

1. If something goes wrong in the organisation, the buck stops at the top and the leader takes the responsibility.
2. If something good happens in the organisation, the leader credits it to the staff
3. The leader tells his staff: ” I am the leader, follow me”

PAP, under LHL, has adopted PAP’s Leadership Philosophy following the following Principles:

1. If something goes wrong, blame it on the staff and pass the blame down the line
2. If something good happens in the organisation, the leader claims credit
3. The leader tells the staff: ” I am the leader, lead me”

Good Leadership is well tested and gains respect, trust and loyalty to the leader. PAP’s Leadership has betrayed our trust and loyalty. No wonder discerning Singaporeans are disappointed with LHL and the new PAP
