Regarding the Town Council monthly “cleaning”, we are having the same problem in our Bendemeer flat !
I am resigned to the fact that I HAVE to clean n wash the area outside my flat EVERY TIME the Town Council does their ” monthly cleaning” . I am so exasperated that I have given up trying to feedback to them !
The cleaner basically spray water along the corridors and the dirt from upper floors gets washed onto the corridors of the lower floors . Sometimes the water even seeps into the flat from the front door .
What to do, sigh !
Why am I paying Town Council every month for troubling me ?
Can I opt out from there service and do my own washing n cleaning ? My neighbors also Da-boleh tahan !
